I'm really sick about people using artwork, music or any media without permission. If you see "image credit: google/photobucket" it is not only incorrect, but unfair and rude to the original artist.
If you like an artist's work so much, you should tell them. They can't just assume that you're doing good with their hard work — What if they didn't want it used for a website?
Yep, I drew the Eevee seen in the layout. And I personally would like people to ask before using my art — I believe other artists feel this way too.
